Fundraising ProductsThe list below contains some of the items which have been popular and successful fundraisers with a variety of organizations. They can be used at events (a beer stein at an Oktoberfest Party, for example), at a retail outlet (ball caps sold in a hospital's gift shop) or to reward sponsors (a 'Bowling for Seniors' bowling shirt with sponsor names on the back sold to participants). This list does not include everything that you might sell as a fundraiser. Not all of our choices are listed here. The links will take you to pages showing one or several manufacturers or items and are meant to give you a sense of what is available, not wear you out in the search process. Let us know what items you are considering and we will check pricing against other manufacturers as well as sale pricing to get you the best value. We understand how important it is to buy low so you can sell at reasonable prices. |

Let's look at the math for something like tee shirts you sell 144 short sleeve colored tee shirts with a one color imprint on both sides at $12 each=$1728 your cost for the tees would be $6.02 each which leaves a profit of $861.12. Sell 9 sponsor ads on the back at $100 per add and increase your profit to $1761.12. If your demographic allows a higher price, go for it. If you don't think you can get $12 per shirt, don't worry...The $900 in sponsorship ads on the back have more than paid the entire cost of the 144 shirts, so every dollar you raise in sales ($1728 above) is a dollar toward meeting your fundraising goal. |
